Use icons in Tweeki footer （$wgTweekiSkinFooterIcons）If set to false, the icons in the footer will be replaced by text aquivalents.

Use bootstrap tooltips (Tweeki) （$wgTweekiSkinUseTooltips）Whether or not to use Bootstrap's tooltips for buttons using the data-toggle="tooltip" attribute.
